A failed flag is still pattern work

Stock tickers and a rising chart on a screen

Saturday two of the bootcamp is spent almost entirely on failures. A flag that breaks against the prior swing is not a reason to abandon the method. It is a reason to keep a log that shows what you actually saw at the time.

We ask students to archive three failed structures from the previous month before the third Saturday. The log must include location, session, and the grade you gave before the break. Memory rewrites grades. Paper does not.

None of this promises that the next flag will hold. It keeps chart patterns empirical: a structure with conditions, not a mascot.

Bring that log to a reversal studio if you want it challenged in the room. Private reviews go faster when the log exists.
