Terms of attendance

These terms apply to classroom programmes, evening clinics, Sunday studios, and private reviews offered by System Pilotcore Academy at 494/15-6 Vanich 1 Ln, Sampanthawong, Bangkok, 10100. By requesting a seat and attending, you agree to this notice. Last updated 19 August 2026.

What we provide

We provide educational tuition in chart pattern recognition and markup. Instruction includes lectures, printed chart packs, projected examples, and verbal critique. We do not provide brokerage services, investment advice tailored to your capital, signal subscriptions, or order execution.

Booking

A request through the contact form is not a confirmed seat. Confirmation is an email from desk@system-pilotcore.click stating the programme, dates, and the tuition amount. Please arrive only after that email.

Conduct in the room

Recording of other students is not permitted. You may photograph your own notes. Instructors may ask you to put a phone away during sealed-pack exercises. Harassment of staff or students is grounds for removal without completing the remaining hours of that sitting.

Intellectual property

Printed packs, qualification cards, and commented homework keys remain the academy’s materials. You may keep your marked copies for personal study. You may not reproduce packs for a class of your own or publish the commented keys.

No trading mandate

Nothing in class is an invitation to buy or sell any instrument. Past chart examples are teaching tools. Markets can and do invalidate patterns. You remain responsible for any decisions you make with your own accounts.

Liability

To the extent Thai law allows, the academy is not liable for trading losses, missed sessions caused by travel, or data on a charting login you bring to class. We are responsible for delivering the taught hours described in the confirmation email, subject to the refund and cancellation policy.

Governing law
