Privacy notice

System Pilotcore Academy collects only what we need to confirm seats, teach, and answer refund requests. Last updated 19 August 2026.

Information we collect

From the contact form and follow-up email: name, email address, programme interest, and the message you write. If you attend, we keep a simple attendance list (name, dates, amount paid in person or by bank transfer arranged off this site). For private reviews we store the charts you send until the follow-up email is done, then we delete the files unless you ask us to keep them for a later session.

Why we use it

To confirm seats, run the class, issue refunds where the refund policy applies, and respond to your messages. We do not sell lists. We do not use your charts for marketing.

Cookies

The public site stores one local preference if you accept or reject the banner. See the cookie notice.

Retention

Enquiry emails: up to 24 months. Attendance records: up to 7 years where accounting rules in Thailand require a record of tuition. Chart files for private reviews: 30 days after the follow-up email, unless you request a longer hold in writing.

Access and correction

Write to desk@system-pilotcore.click to see, correct, or ask us to delete information we hold, subject to records we must keep for tax or dispute reasons.

Transfers

Email hosting may process messages on servers outside Thailand. We do not upload class packs to public cloud folders shared with third-party marketers.
